Bibba Tech AB develops tailored regulatory software for the financial sector. Its modular platform brings together tools for governance, risk management and compliance (GRC), advisory and suitability documentation under MiFID II, order management (OMS), and anti-money-laundering and KYC workflows — all designed to work together as one integrated ecosystem rather than as a generic, off-the-shelf product.

The platform is built by people with deep, hands-on experience in financial regulation, including frameworks such as CRD, MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD and DORA, and is kept continuously updated as those rules evolve.
